I am a brand new future tenant at Cyan at Green Valley in Henderson, NV. While it's proving to be an arduous move, coming from out-of-state and all... Leasing agent Sarai has been professional, personable, and generally awesome with placing me in a most desirable unit that met my preferences almost to the T -- as well as, fielding the many questions and concerns that have arisen so far in the process. We have only spoken by phone and I still secured my apartment sight unseen, all because Sarai was so pleasant and thorough. I look forward to meeting Sarai in less than 2 weeks to 'seal the deal' and sign a 12 month lease!

I love my apartment. Anasthasia and Sarai from the admin office made the move-in process super helpful. The apartments are quiet and newly renovated. The landscaping looks great too. I would recommend Cyan apartments.

It’s officially been one month since I’ve moved to Cyan at Green Valley and it’s been such a pleasure to call it home. From my apartment to the pool and gym, each area is well maintained and safe. I really enjoy how intimate the whole property feels compared to other apartment complexes that have over 300 units. When I host friends and family, they all have great feedback and look to come back to hangout by the pool and fire pits. Thanks to the wonderful leasing staff, I had a smooth transition from moving across the country and never hesitate to ask them questions or for help with a maintenance request. I would definitely recommend Cyan at Green Valley!

This place has new owners and is racially biased. They only hire hispanics and are give biased treatment to non-whites. If you swim in the pool, they play their music. If you complain to management, the figure out a reason to evict you within 19 days. They got rid of the white employees. soon a Federal complaint and lawsuit will come. Gathering evidence.

Moved here about a month ago. So it feels like it was a good choice. The community is clean and well taken care off. The staff is very friendly and they are really quick in responding to emails. They made the signing process very smooth even though I was out of state. They shared photos of the unit before I move in which shows how transparent they are. The community itself is quite and compfy. They seem to be doing upgrades in some areas which is a good thing, it shows they want to revamp and continue to improve the place. I dealt with Anasthasia and was very welcoming and sincere. If I would recommend anything is to have the maintenance team be a bit quicker on completing repair orders. But at least they eventually get to it. I rented apartments in CA, TX and NV and this is one of the best.

I just can't anymore. We are leaving. Don't get me wrong the management is nice and this place USED TO BE NICE but I can't have another asthma attack due to the pot head neighbors that the apartment refuses to do nothing about. I have sent multiple email complaints and I shouldn't have to rent a hotel so that I can f**ing BREATHE!!! The pot smell is so bad it seaps through the vents when I turn on the AC. The worst smell comes in my bedroom. I turn the fan on to try and help it but it doesn't. I have been forced to buy a second bed to sleep in the living room floor. Which is NOT comfortable. They don't care. I'm literately DYING. I can't breathe. If I have an asthma attack and die my husband WILL PRESS CHARGES. Sorry if I wanted to smell a bunch of pot heads id go live in the ghetto for 1/3 of the rent I pay here!

What used to be the COURTESY THE PAST 16 YEARS, NOW ITS A CHARGE FOR IT. VERY SOON WE WILL BE CHARGED FOR INHALING OXYGEN AND SEPARATE FEE TO EXHALE. TWICE IN 4 MONTHS MY RENT WAS RAISED, So THEY CAN REMODEL THE PROPERTY. CHARGING FOR PEST CONTROL 2 $. ALTHOUGH I HAVENT SEEN ANY PEST COMPANY BEFORE OR NOW. TRASH VALET ITS A SCAM BEYOND THAT ITS AN EXTORTION. THIS MGMT MANDATORY CHARGE 35$ a month TO A 10 FEET WALK to throw trash in the compactor located at the back of the smallest complex of Henderson. Majority of the residents will walk their trash because it's so close yet they get charged no matter if u use the service or u walk it urself. OUTRAGEOUS. NOW THE NEW ADDITION TO OUR NEVER ENDING CHARGES IS THAT THE OFFICE NO LONGER ACCEPT PACKAGES!!!!!!! HELLO???? APARTMENT LIVING IS ONE OF THE MAJOR ROLE SO U COULD RECEIVE PACKAGES EVEN IF U NOT HOME . WOW. OUTRAGEOUS AGAIN . SO IT WILL BE A SIGN UP FEE THEY CALL IT AND IM PRETTY SURE IT WILL BE A MANDATORY 25$ A MONTH EXPENSE AGAIN FOR SOMTHING ELSE WHAT THE MGMT SHOULD DO FOR FREE, EXCEPTING RESIDENTS PACKAGES SINCE THEY ARE IN THE OFFICE ANYWAY. Did I mention this property UNDER REMODELING OVER 7 MONTHS AND WE STILL HAVE NO 24 HOUR EXCESS TO OUR FITNESS CENTER NOR TO THE JACUZZI/POOL. ALSO IT IS A COMMUNITY COMMON AREA CHARGE????????? This place is by far the worst place to live. Racism is at its highest. I was coerced into a conspiracy, as a black person, they are not professional nor friendly. My girlfriend & I moved from California out here to start a new life & I got arrested over a parking space..! They sent the cops to my residence just to arrest me for parking in the wrong parking space. Samantha Flynn is a Racist, don’t deal with her on any accounts of your lease.. she played the victim saying that she has been harassed by the only black folks here, but at the same time, she wakes up early in the morning just to come put stickers on mine & my girlfriend’s car & then cry to her buddies from Henderson Police Department saying we harassed her... RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOUR NOT OLD & WHITE!!!!! Next thing you know, you will be in jail for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.... please, somebody listen to me.... DONT EVER MOVE HERE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A PEACE OF MIND BECAUSE YOU WONT GET IT....!!!! Adding to my earlier review, I just want to say I'm very pleased with the choice we made to live at Cyan at Green Valley. The upgrade to the property is progressing beautifully and the continuing social events through GatheringCo-LV are just a lot of fun–I appreciate the efforts being made to help residents get to know each other. Anasthasia, Steffanie and Sarai are great in the office, always responsive to our needs and concerns. And Yonquil and Diego have been quick to follow-through on our maintenance needs. Thank you, all of you, for all you do to make this a very pleasant living experience. Just wanted to say how much we appreciate the GatheringCo-LV social events on Saturdays and Wednesdays that you have been offering to all residents this month. Carly and Jared are terrific at making everyone feel welcome and the events have been great opportunities to meet our neighbors. And the food has been wonderful. Looking forward to seeing what you'll be offering next month through GatheringCo-LV! And while on the topic of appreciation, we want to say how very wonderful Steffanie has been in helping us, from our initial leasing process last summer , to move-in and now with any concerns we have as residents. She's always there for us and we're grateful. Sarai has been great and very helpful as well.

I recently moved into Cyan from out of State. I want to touch on a couple things so prepare to read. After reading all of these comments about MY community, I want to set the record straight. This property is well maintained, in a good area, and just overall a great environment compared to where I previously lived. The pool is great, the staff are extremely friendly and educated on the property operations. Something people need to understand is EVERY condo/apartment complex is going to have issues. Whether it’s Dogs, neighbors, traffic etc. I can personally say that those of you leaving arrogant and out of line comments, are EXTREMELY entitled. The most recent comments have made me sick. If you want to be treated like you live on a high end multi-million dollar resort, then do all of us a favor by moving out and allowing someone friendly move in. From pretty well start to finish, I dealt with Samantha who works at the leasing office. I have been treated with nothing but dignity and respect from her. She was so helpful, and made my stressful, almost cross country move, a breeze. She makes a point of interacting with residents and I always see her walking around the complex. All of the staff I have dealt with at Cyan, Sarai and the manager of the property have gone above and beyond one way or another. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CYAN AT GREEN VALLEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lived here for two years, and will transfer to a different unit within the community (for personal reasons that have nothing to do with the neighbors, the building, or the staff). 1. Over the past two years, I have had just a few minor maintenance issues. The office and maintenance staff have always taken care of my requests quickly with professionalism. 2. Anastasia and Sarai, the property managers, have been very professional and flexible during my transfer application process.

Cyan At Green Valley has been a wonderful and exciting to say the least. Anastasia the Property Manager has been excellent and very helpful. Stephanie the Assistant Property Manager has been really helpful and full of energy. Sarai was the person who initially motivated me to move in because of her wonderful customer service. All of the ladies at this property are great and friendly. They try their best and give attention to detail. I hope that Avenue5 realizes what type of employees they have running a great property. I work in the hospitality industry and good service is hard to come by in this town. Also by it being such a competitive market it shows when leadership cares because the rest of the team will follow. I love my apartment and I love the amenities like the 24hr gym, wine down Wednesday, chick fil a, etc. The property is very peaceful and well maintained. I love the atmosphere and the vibe. Avenue5 please make sure you take great care of Anastasia for running an amazing property. Stephanie is always 100% with her service smile and passion to help. Sarai is amazing because she tried so hard and showed so much passion on the phone e to drive me to Cyan At Green Valley even before I met her. I am happy to call this property home. If I could rate lower I would . Cyan at Green Valley is an absolute joke. First of all it’s not in Green Valley it’s Henderson. I moved from this community or shall I say “Complex” due to the inability and incompetence of the staff. This New management company is absolutely horrible. No communication, the office staff has no clue what is going on. You are constantly telling them how to do their job. I lived at Adobe Ranch now known as Cyan at Green Valley for 10 years. The grounds were always pristine and if you had an issue or something needed to be fixed, it was done in a timely manner. Since this new company took over all they’ve done is make a mess out of the place. People are leaving left and right. Lack of Security(Homeless people hop the back wall and walk around trying to open people’s doors), Dog Feces all over the grounds and the utter disrespect of the staff towards the residents. I had to leave this place just like all the others before me. We’d simple had enough... The pool has been closed for 7 months and was told it would be closed for 2 months. The office staff is more concerned with how they look and how nasty they can be to the residents. I guess that’s what you get for hiring with no experience in customer service. They will charge for the community lights ( That are pretty much all blown out), they charge for the landscaping (which I’ve had to tell them four times that their landscapers never cleard or cleaned my area). They will charge you for pest control (never seen a bug guy walking around) and last but not least they’ve raised the valet trash fee and still they valet service will miss apartments and /or leave trash all over the complex. To conclude, this is NOT the place it used to be. Find another complex that will have respect for their residents and if they respond to the review that they were NEVER aware of what was going on... THEY ARE FULL OF IT!!! Avenue 5 ruined and great community all for greed...

We have had a great experience living here for the past 6 months. We moved to town from out of state and the office staff were really helpful getting us all set up to move in from over the phone and e-mail. The office staff is great in general, they all were really friendly and throughout our stay they new us, like by name! We weren't just the people in number whatever...they new us. Pretty nice. Once we got here we loved it! The apartments are really spacious and have great light compared to others in the area. (We looked at most of the neighboring complexes) They are nicely finished. You can tell they are roughly 10 years old, but you can also tell they have been well maintained and updated here and there. In the past we had always had issues with hearing our neighbors, but here we were pleasantly surprised with how little we hear from our neighbors and things going on outside. Other things we liked were the location. It's close to so many things: restaurants, grocery, gas stations, the galleria mall. They only have one dumpster at the back corner of the complex, but twice a week you can put your trash out front and they pick it up for you, supper nice to not worry about that. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend it!

Love the new renovated gym and clubhouse, it’s beautiful! The grounds are clean and upkept and the new pool looks like it’s going to be the greatest summer refresher. The staff is so kind from Maintenence to each of the leasing agents to property management!

What a generous and wonderful way to help people meet their neighbors AND HAVE A GOOD TIME! The hosts, Carly and Jared (the Gathering Co) are amazing... Make us all feel like family!! I recently moved here from Kansas City and absolutely love it! Very nice gym, pool, hot tub, and I feel safe in this gated community. Sarai from the leasing office, went above and beyond to help me and is always super friendly. I definitely recommend living here.

I loved touring the Cyan at Green Valley property. I pretty much fell in love with the place as soon as I drove in. The leasing staff and manager were extremely nice. Sarai was amazing. She was patient, kind and extremely thorough. The property is well maintained and very quiet.

This is the nicest apartment I have ever lived in. There were mixed reviews about this complex so I was not sure what to expect. (By the way- ignore the review that says the gym equipment didn't work- ALL of it worked. Trust me, I was training for a marathon and I relied on that equipment all the time when it was too hot to run outside. There are 2 treadmills, an elliptical, a bike and weight lifting equipment). Leslie was a sweetheart and really took care of us as we were doing the entire process over the phone. We knew the apartments were 20 years old but when we arrived to see the apartment we were pleasantly surprised. The carpets and the counter tops looked brand new to me. They also must have freshly painted the apartment because everything was very clean. The maintenance people were super nice. They fixed everything usually the same day. I was worried because sometimes it was definitely my fault (put too much food into the disposal, or yanked off the chain of our ceiling fan) but they never made me feel guilty about it. We lived on the 2nd floor and only saw a cockroach inside the apartment one time. They offer weekly pest control so you can just call them if you find any bugs inside. The only neighbor we heard was below us. We never heard them talking, but we could hear their TV sometimes. They must have been blaring it because the insulation is really good. The apartment comes with a Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, and Microwave. The pool is HUGE- way bigger than any of the other complexes in the area. They also have a huge gas grill by the pool so you can throw a BBQ and the propane is free! I already mentioned how the gym is great- the equipment is high quality and not about to break anytime soon. We had to move back to Utah so my husband could finish school, but if we find ourselves back in Henderson again, this is definitely where we will live.

thank god my lease is finally over. i totally agree with 'person54' and 'marie'. cons - bad attitude staff especially burton, never apologize when making absolute mistakes, etc. he/she'll treat you like you were asking for his/her money - junk type equipments like washer dryer fridge etc low end construction material - trash collection is total bs, they pick up from curbside 7-9 am twice a week, wtf! and theres only one dumbster the entire complex - water is not free - gate is always broke - no matter how careful you are, plumbing always clogged - etc pros; - common areas are nice - maintenance crew is great but always understaffed

Hello, I moved into Cyan in December. I lived on the west side of town prior in a complex that promised the moon delivered the dirt. The property here is nice, and when finished will offer many things for residents to do. The staff ...... Well what can be said except adorable , fun. very helpful and responds very well to issues that are brought to their attn. Anasthasia, Sarai, and Steffanie are amazing. and super helpful, So far so good. Lets keep our fingers crossed! MB

I have lived here for 4 months now and the management use to be wonderful. Ever since they have switched owners it has been horrible. There’s no communication, I’m constantly having to call or go up to the office to clarify things. They switched emails and never notified about the changes. The gate box has been broken since owners changed a month ago. They cancelled the renters insurance and notified us through a “first notice” letter stuck to our door. The apartment itself it’s very nice. It’s a quiet neighborhood and not much goes on. If you don’t mind the lack of communication, this place is great.

This place is a JOKE!!! Lived here for 2.5 years and couldn't wait to get out of there. Not a safe place to live. I have had my garage broken into and have had several neighbors cars and apartments broken into. A scam of a place making the residents pay to water the apartments lawns and pay for the apartments lightning around the property. Not a family oriented apartments. Not safe. No playground for children. Outrageous prices for apartments that you can hear the neighbors above you. Terrible communication. If you are smart I suggest you find a safer and more economical place to live.

I've lived here for two years and I'm impressed with the new Management. I started having trouble with my A/C unit in my apartment. I had to leave so I left the air running and when I got back an hour later it was 92 degrees. I rushed to the front office and they immediately called maintenance. Since it was Sunday, the maintenance guys were On-Call. Victor came by within an hour and was able to diagnose what the issue was. Before he left he took a second look at the A/C unit and was concerned that it was cooling really slow. I gave him some cold water bottles since it was the temperature of hell outside. Victor took the extra mile and made sure the temperature was adequate before he left.
