Lisa was the realtor we needed to sell our parents' house. Not only did she make the business end of listing and selling as painless as possible, but she understood the emotional side of this transaction as well. My parents had lived in their home for 55 years, and this was not an easy move for them. Lisa was very empathetic while always being professional in all dealings with us, the buyers and various vendors and trades people. Lisa was always responsive to our calls, texts and questions; it was obvious that she was working in our best interest as the sellers. If I sell a property in the future, Lisa will be the one to handle it.

If I could give a 0 out of 5 stars, I would. The realtor Dixie Ten Eyck helped me buy a house and I had a HORRIBLE experience. She was impossible to get a hold of, wouldn’t listen to what I would ask for, and only did what was convenient for herself. When I went to her office to try to fix something she didn’t do right, she proceeded to yell at me like I was a child. All in all, I DO NOT recommend buying a house from her. Good luck getting screwed over if you do.

Choosing Lisa and Dennis as Realtors was the best decision that I made in the selling and buy process. Lisa is professional and very knowledgeable about the industry and process. I had detail questions about the 1031 exchange process, and she was able to get the facts about the process and present them to me in an understandable way which made my decision regret free. I would highly recommend Lisa. Dennis is a buying agent who is patient and knowledgeable who respectfully treats what buyers go through in the buying process. I would very much recommend Dennis. We knew their house sold quickly (It sold within the first day), so we thought we would take their advice and use Lisa. I truly believe she would have sold it faster if it weren’t for the nasty weather we had that weekend. During negotiations, she gave us good, solid advice, and never forced anything on us. She would give us suggestions and let us make decisions for ourselves. After we had a contract, her team, specifically Heather, helped us through the process. They literally lined everything up for us. During the couple weeks we were under contract, her team would contact us with updates and would let us know exactly what we needed to do. It was painless. Now that we have officially closed on our sale, I can honestly say I have absolutely zero regrets hiring Lisa, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I strongly recommend anyone selling their home to hire Lisa. Our sale could not have gone better.
