If I could leave negative stars I would. Please never buy a house from Brad Heck! I purchased his own properties that he sold “As Is”. You see this is how he hides everything that is wrong with his house. He is a very dishonest flipper. He makes his houses so nice looking and covers everything up. If he is going to do this with his own property he is selling how can you trust him to have your best interest at heart when you are buying one from him? . I paid top dollar in a hot market for two of his flip homes, in one year I have 1. Replaced countertops that were not put on with the correct adhesive. 2. Replaced toilets that were put down with grout. 3. Multiple plumbing issues. 4. Now I am chipping up and tearing out a beautiful one year old tile floor because they did not install on proper subfloor. The lists go on...I talked to Brad a year ago to tell him about the issues and he was like oh well you bought as is! So BUYER BEWARE a home inspection does not tell you what is under everything flippers have covered up. Don’t buy a flip house and do not buy or trust Brad Heck!

We recently tried to purchase a home where Denise Salvatori was the listing agent. We put in an offer on a house and the buyer counter offered. We countered one last time and the buyer agreed to the sale and they told us we were new home owners. The next day they told us there was another offer that came in late for the same amount as what we agreed on and asked us if we wanted to raise our offer even after they told us we had the house. After being lied to we didn't raise our offer because it seemed like something shady was going on. My best advice is that if you have to deal with this realty company don't believe anything they tell you and make sure you get everything in writing right away.

Then when I finally did get a hold of someone in the office, they told me they would help contact the owner so I could get a second opinion about a quote on foundation work but did not. Additionally, last time I looked at a house through Nebraska realty that needed foundation work, Jerrys waterproofing gave a quote to the agent but said they would not actually do the work when I called them, because the house actually needed tens of thousands of dollars more of work then what they quoted. This is the worst real estate company I have ever dealt with. We had our house for sale on Zillow and sold it to a couple that was represented by an agent from Nebraska Realty.
