Having worked with multiple realtors in the past, Lanissa is a standout. She is incredibly knowledgeable about everything from specific challenges in various neighborhoods to the intricacies of the deal. Her no-nonsense attitude about business and getting us the right house was greatly appreciated. She was quick to steer us away from houses we liked but that she saw significant problems with, saving us falling in love with a money pit. She also was quick to research and return answers on any questions she didn't know the immediate answer to. She worked around our busy schedules to show us houses day, night, or on the weekends. In the end, we purchased a house where she was both the buyer's and seller's agent. That's not something we would do with just any realtor!! She still worked to get us a great deal and made sure every little concern was taken care of in the house prior to us moving in.
