My daughter bought a (brand new house) about 2year ago and has had toilet issues,cabinet issues,window issues, weather stripping issues,door issues,concrete issues and has tried to contact the builder many many times to get these things resolved and a few of them have been fixed but not all !!!! It is her first house and I feel she is getting burned on this deal! She also pays HAO money to have lawn mowed,the lawn watered !and the snow removed which has been a joke! What a nice experience for a young lady trying to do it on her own!!! No wonder we have issues with the young people now! And we have our peers to blame for most of it! Very unhappy "DAD" who has tried himself to get a response for her and has had no luck!!!
