We recently bought a house from Tammy Fry at Century 21 and they were top notch and we have nothing but good things to say about Century 21! From scheduling showings all the way to signing the final paperwork they were there every step of the way! We would definitely recommended Century 21!!

The buyers of our home, also using Century 21, had to drop their contingencies due to a competitive offer. They accepted, and then 15 hours later had to add time onto the contract. This was after we had told the competitive offer to take a hike! This was not disclosed during the negotiation. The buyer had to extend their contract 3 more times after that. There was about 24 hours notice on each of these extensions. Very unimpressed with the lack of communication on the buyer's agents part. It seemed underhanded. When asked about my cost of extending our interest rate lock, and other costs associated with dealing with this awful communication, they didn't offer to lower any part of there fees. Not a happy seller! Side note: Our agent, Tracey Hook, was outstanding!
