Watch out for Katie Lynn at the Arnold office. We were selling a house and she represented the buyers. She allowed them to repeatedly lie, then transmitted unrealistic expectations which cost us thousands of dollars to satisfy. At closing, her clients refused to sign - she stated that their buyer showed up with cash and that they had to postpone their closing one day, so they were getting out of our contract. This after she had a walkthrough that very morning and let them require we spend $700 in order to satisfy their requirements, accusing us of non-performance. 3 hours later after we got rid of all belongings per their requirements, she represented that her clients did not need to fulfill the contract. She has no reviews, so this is indicative of how she operates.

They were VERY helpful when I contact them for info on a property. Their website was outstanding!! I've never used a website for real estate property search that was so user friendly. I was even able to set up notifications on properties I was interested in and I got real time updates when price changes or new pictures became available. I ended up going into their office in Des Peres to meet the broker I had been communicating with and the place was VERY well kept (you can tell they care about their image). The staff was super friendly...I ended up working with one of their brokers and we found the home I'm currently in. If you are looking to sell or buy property I couldn't recommend a better place. They were extremely helpful throughout my buying experience, in both advising me as to what to look out for in the properties we were looking at, as well in the property closing. The broker explained everything I was singing and I really felt she had my back.

I have a candidate for a position with our company coming in from out of town who is needing assistance with finding a place to lease for living when she and her spouse arrive in town. I mentioned to her that BHHS-Select has a service called Select Leasing and Management that assists people with finding a place to live.
