This broker was used in the sale of my mother's home Jan Waterhouse on April 29 ,2016 and per the new buyers, the broker was extremely rude and unprofessional to them. They stated that the husband walked out twice and if not for the wife loving my Mother and her home the sale would have fallen through. I urge anyone using this place to beware as they showed no compassion or consideration to ALL of the heirs and as mentioned above were very unprofessional and rude and on the day of closing the house was still filled with multiple items and per the buyers and the neighbors it was complete chaos. The name of the broker is Craig.
