Renting from ERA was a BIG mistake. From the very beginning it was a mess. For starters, the broker of the company, Jerome Nettles, moved us in too early and the house was not complete or ready for us to move in(the owner told me this). As a result, we dealt with the house flooding, mold, rats, having to relocate multiple times, and the A/C being broken, my entire time living there. Jerome was rude, condescending and very sarcastic. He wasn’t very helpful or professional at all, even after I paid my rent up in advance! He even gave me a bad reference, attempting to prevent me from finding another place, after my lease was up(although claiming I was the “perfect tenant”). The overall experience was so stressful and inconvenient. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
