For them it's not only their association with excellence and Cushman &Wakefield's partnership but PEOPLE. Their people are awesome to work with. They hire the best! Would not advise this company to anyone....they look out for only the owner and not the tenants...they will try and lease your space out from underneath you and will get you to sign leases and promise the world to get you to sign it and after you do they do nothing they promise to do. Then they try and bring other tenants in that will pay more per square foot and force you to move. Not an ethical company at all. I would advise any property managers to consider another company prior to having them represent your building.

These people are nothing but frauds and crooks. They will call you everyday until you give them money. They will tell you onething and put something else in your contract. I work with Conner. He is a very nice soft spoken crook. He also handles Pops the gas station property. These people took me for $5000. Once he got my money I have not heard anything from him since. As you can see there are people rating this place with a 5 star, but those people work for Cushman and Wakefield. Just Google there names. Like o said they are crooks. You have been warned.

Very Poor company to work with....they will tell you one thing to get you to sign a lease...once you sign they do not deliver on their word. They also try to bring in other tenants that will pay more per square foot and use the 90 day clause in your lease to make you move so they can get more money.
