Rachel Simonds is a rockstar. I am a military member (USAF) and I moved to the Kalamazoo area in advance of taking a new job. Such times can be hectic for folks in uniform, but Rachel was very understanding and completely flexible through the process of house hunting. She organize a day long tour of various homes that met my needs and I found the one I wanted that day. From the day I saw the home, she helped me through the VA loan process and assisted with all other inspections required. I had keys to my new house in about 35 days from the day I made an offer. We were assigned to work with Tami through a relocation company as we were moving to the area for my job. If I had to do it all over again I would have hand selected Tami 10x over! She was fantastic!!! From day 1 she really listened to what we were looking for in a home and was NEVER pushy. We had a tough time finding a home that fit our needs and she was so patient with us. We went under contract on a home that ended up needing some pretty major repairs and since we didn't live in the area yet, she went above and beyond to call contractors and get quotes for repairs to assist in negotiations with the seller. While ultimately we ended up walking away from purchasing that home, if she felt it, she didn't show us any signs of frustration or disappointment after all her hard work she put in to help us. We eventually found our "forever home" with her a few months later and couldn't be happier. Hopefully we never have to move, but if we do, she'll be the first person we call. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!!!
