Listed my property and within a week had a full cash buyer, would go through Coldwell Banker again.

Marci "liar" larr sold us a contaminated property fraudulently. She listed the property as beautifully wooded 24 acres. Marci is a deceitful person and her sellers, the "HOLLINGTONS" of Tustin also fraudulently sold this contaminated land. Now, we are in a lawsuit with sellers and will be coming after Marci Larr. Thank you Marci for lying to my face in the closing office and you know you are a liar and ruined our future in Michigan. The cost of cleaning the landfill which Marci conveniently excluded from the pictures will cost more than the sale price, according to the environmental inspector from Prein and Newhof. Additionally, this landfill, created by John and Susan Hollington encroaches onto state wetland. I promise as the Hollingtons continue to harass us, that we WILL be pursuing legal action against MARCI LIAR LARR
