We used Quicksilva Title for my home purchase. Three years later, we get a notice taped to our door. Narraganset Bay Commission is terminating our water service in one week. Why? We did not pay our sewer bill. I called Narraganset Bay Commission and explained that I never got a bill. The woman explained, "Sorry Mr. Leclair we sent your bills to the address provided by Quicksilva Title. It's not our fault. These guys are dopes.
