Upon closing, they listed a $ 4,000.00 dollar price reduction as an "inspection credit" but still based their broker fee with the $4,000.00 dollars added. Was not aware of that, as agent never discussed with me. Communication was very little with the agent as far as potential buyers, as I had to contact her with most updates, minimal selling pointers and advice as well. After closing, there was no "thank you" for your business or anything from Monarch Realty which I find very unprofessional toward clients who choose your company, your name to sell their property.
