Charlie Burke is one in 1,000,000 . He makes the process of learning real estate fun and engaging. If you have to go through the challenge of getting your real estate license Or your real estate brokers license I recommend this place above all others. His teaching style Is a wild ride and keeps his class engaged With a lot of stories And a lot of laughs And he is a very animated Teacher And teller Of real estate lore. If you have to go through the process, do not hesitate. This is the school and this is the guy. His office is easy to find. plenty of parking... and go down one floor during the breaks or at lunchtime and the restaurant has great food for reasonable prices.

Charlie is the best real estate instructor one could have. He's extremely informative and resourceful and makes the class enjoyable. I learned a ton from him. I thought the class would strictly be about laws and procedures for real estate agents, but he gave valuable tips above and beyond that. Also, I took my salespersons exam 3 weeks after his class and passed both parts during my first attempt. Charlie Burke has my highest recommendation.
