I called realtor Lynne Zekis to inquire about property in Hull, MA. She was rude, curt and hung up on me. MS. ZEKIS has a background in customer service.....my experience was that she needs help in her customer service skills. I have no desire to ever contact this company and will share my experience regarding these exceptional customer service skills.

agent forgot to give tenant sheet identifying location of security deposit.. also did not ; report extensive damages to unit...tenant suing me for this negligence am counter suing damages and legal fees costing me thousands and thousands of dollars....
