Review for Caroline Aslan -- My wife and I ended up moving to Nova from Vermont on very short notice - not knowing anything about the area we were very fortunate to find Caroline who helped us find an apartment in literally two days, organizing and coordinating all moving parts. We interviewed a number of well-regarded local sellers' agents and picked Melinda Estridge and her team based on their superb track record of high list-to-sale price and low days on market in Bethesda (20814) and the surrounding area. It turned out to be the best real-estate decision we've ever made, as our home sold for $100k over asking within 5 days! Melinda and her team were great to work with throughout - very professional, available 24x7, and ready with top-notch advice. In addition to the marketing and staging at the end of the process, Melinda's team took care of all of the little repairs that needed to be made before we even listed the house. They put the jobs out for bid from multiple contractors, got us competitive pricing, and coordinated the work of the painters, handymen, and other miscellaneous contractors. We didn't even have to pay for any of it out of pocket, because all of the contractors agreed to take payment at settlement. Bottom line: we could not be happier with the process and the outcome and recommend very highly!

We have nothing but high praise for Daniel Schuler and the entire Estridge Group. We selected them after interviewing a number of potential agents. They outlined a clear strategy and gave us confidence by showing their market leading metrics of days on market and percent of listing price for sales in our area and price range. We liked Daniel's personal commitment and energy to helping us get to a successful sale. He didn't just tell us about competing properties, he had visited and had detailed knowledge of how buyers would compare these properties He was able to leverage the skills and knowledge of the entire Estridge group. We followed the original plan with Daniel's help to prepare the property with low cost painting and other neutralization, a pre-inspection to address any issues that might concern a buyer and staging to make the house inviting on day one. We had a detailed discussion on pricing to the market and picked a price that was right for the market. The pictures, brochures and web tools were done extremely well. The results : we listed on Thursday night, had a busy open house Sunday and a full price contract by Tuesday night. We got significantly more than the offering price for similar houses in the neighborhood without any major contingencies
