My wife and I decided to sell our first home in Alexandria, Virginia, in 2011. We contacted Angela Warren who shared with us that our property had increased in value from approximately $125,000 to $415,000. She recommended a few minor improvements, like having a pedestal sink installed in the bathroom. The house went on the real estate market on a Friday; there was an open house on a Saturday, and our house sold for the asking price on Sunday. Several years ago, I employed Susanne to find me a place to purchase. Ray hide a lot of information about our house from us. We trusted him and bought our house before we arrived to the state. There were several things about our house he didn’t bring to the light or make us aware of. He told us our house had its roof replaced in the past five years, that was not true. A week after moving in shingles were falling off from the wind storm and we learning the roof had NEVER been replaced so we had to pay for a new roof right away. It seemed like he just wanted to make his quick buck and move on to making more money. I would not recommend him
