I had been eyeing a house that was built in the 1800's and knew I needed an agent that could take a look with two sets of eyes: as a realtor and as a carpenter due to the age of the house. I found Tyler Brennan through a quick google search and immediately called him as he had years of carpentry experience. Even though I told him that I couldn't promise him a sale, he still jumped at the opportunity to help. It was his eagerness and expertise that made me want to keep looking for a house even though the first one didn't pan out. He found houses within the criteria I asked for as well as provided foresight for the potential of a house even when I couldn't see it. From hand-drawing blueprints so I could mentally rearrange my furniture to braving a flock of wild turkeys at a house I wanted to see (yes, true story), I can confidently say Tyler went above and beyond the call of duty for a realtor.
