I have worked with Sharon twice to buy homes and loved both experiences. Sharon lets the buyer feel out a space before interjecting or chiming in with any information. It’s a great feeling when you want to take a space in with fresh eyes. On my second home purchase we had a number of hoops to get through regarding the history of the property. Sharon was in my corner every second of the way making sure that all parties were working at the speed of light for my best interests. After we had pulled everything off, Sharon was wonderful with the final steps and making sure I was settling into my new home. I love working with her and while I have found my dream home and will not be moving until the coroner takes my body off the property, I would highly recommend working with Sharon as I would again if I ever had the need to.

Long and Foster sold me on the fact that they have the largest family of agents in the state of Maryland. And with their large family of agents would have no problem selling my house. The reality long and foster did not bring by one agent of theirs to show my house in four months. Where was the family. The agent I was working with through Long and Foster even tried to get me to foot the bill for some of the Inspections. Everyone knows the buyer is entitled to have as many inspections as they would like and pay for them not the seller.I am absolutely disgusted with Long and Foster. Would never use them under any circumstances.
