I recently sold my home to a couple working with Meaghan Manzoli. If I could give ZERO stars, I would do so. She was the most negligent real estate agent I have ever encountered in my life. She was slow to respond and did not seem very knowledgeable about the value of the upgrades that were in the home. She cost my family thousands of unnecessary dollars because she didn't discuss a 5-day rent back with her client. SHE LIED to our agent and said the buyer could not make it work, but we learned the day before our settlement that they would have been willing and able to do the rent back. It was clear that the buyer had no idea that we wanted to rent back, and it was extremely obvious that she just wanted her commission. Clearly she does not understand how rent backs work and that it would not have changed the date on which she earned her commission. As far as I am concerned, she should be paying me back the commission earned because that's how much money our move ended up costing us as a result of her massive mistake. STAY FAR AWAY FROM MEAGHAN. I would never want someone like that representing me in a transaction.

Avoid Jeff Smith, Pasadena, MD realtor. Without telling me, he advertised my house on the MLS website and to his associates for $9,000 less than contract sales price. He then tried to bully me into accepting a buyer at this lower price plus pay the majority of the closing costs!

Absolutely horrible experience with Sonia Graham. Before closing, the agent agreed to give us 1% of the home sale price (about $3k) towards closing and then worded the agreement deceptively and only actually gave us $80. Luckily, after contacting the broker directly, the office manager, Wendy Hess, indicated the broker would honor our original agreement. Even though it was a bad experience with the Realtor individually, the broker did a great job fixing things and making it right.
