I couldn’t believe how responsive she was to all of our requests and questions, and she knew far more than we ever hoped to about the process of buying a home her experience is amazing . Maribel was always available to answer the phone if I have any question at any time even weekends or late night she really took care of us well during the negotiation and closing . I highly recommend Maribel!

People sometimes have challenges with specific realtors or unique circumstances. That should not reflect on the entire company. My experience with the management, staff, and agents at Fairfax Realty in Falls Church has been excellent. In specific, our agent, Raj Bandi, was dedicated, honest, hardworking, and produced results above our expectations. I would highly recommend Raj Bandi and Fairfax Realty for quick results and cost savings.

I contacted Merlyin Calix to be help to buy the house that I was leaving for the last 7 years, I already had the conversation with the owner, it was pretty much a done deal, I thought this will be the easy transaction with someone with experience and knowledge... it end up been the worse nightmare of my life. I was constantly pushing her to work on my stuff, my interest increase because she didn't lock the interest on time, she always had a BS excuse for everything. I almost a month later of my closing I still don't know where I need to send my mortgage payment.

Used Fairfax Realty of Tysons when myself and some roommates found a house we wanted to rent. We had a HORRIBLE experience with two of the realtors. Our realtor constantly communicated via text even when asked several times not to. Him and the homeowner's realtor also had some office beef that bled into the entire deal. It resulted in the entire process (application, fees, and lease write up/signing) taking 3 weeks! Our realtor constantly gossiped about the other realtor to us, and they both shot rude comments to each other in the email chain with ALL of their clients. There were several occasions where documents had to be sent back because our realtor left several places blank, and we were given incorrect information on who to make checks out to and how much, on 2 separate times. Furthermore, our realtor constantly tried to pressure us into signing our lease just to "make the process go faster" and failed on several occasions to update the lease with the terms we had agreed to. I was also insulted by the owners realtor when I asked the two realtors to take the personal issues out of the equation, only to be met with harsh words from both. We had to contact the broker several different times and ultimately had to send the lease over to her in order to have it updated and approved. Thankfully we were able to close on a deal with the homeowner, but we will NEVER be using Fairfax Realty of Tysons again and I will never recommend this business to anyone due to the unprofessionalism that we experienced.
