We were supposed to meet with Andrew on Sunday to look at a house in Pasadena.He was running behind so he called another agent Cassie Smith to meet us there.She was coming from the grocery store and said she could swing pass the house to meet us.From the start she was professional, without judgement, outgoing and friendly.Believe or not that don't seemed to be the norm these days. Even if things don't work out I would recommend her to ppl looking for real estate in the area.

During the most challenging and stressful year of my life, in terms of selling and buying a house, we found a silver lining in Karen Holtz. Her knowledge and incredible can do attitude pulled us through when we thought hope was lost. To say Karen went above and beyond would be a serious understatement as our deal was in jeopardy from a selling and buying perspective. We put our faith in Karen and her knowledge of the real estate market and were awarded with a house that we will accompany for years to come. We got a great deal on our house and she recommended the right mortgage company to get me a fixed rate under 3 percent on a 30 year loan.
