This is how much the branch Vice President cares about homes and real estate, he leaves his properties looking like the one pictured here. He does nothing to keep them maintained, shows zero concern for those who have to live next to them, and gives you lip service every time a problem is addressed. He won't even take quick action when his property poses a significant physical risk to those that live in or around his home. A tree I had warned him about for years had to fall in front of my home for him to act. It could have easily landed on my children if they were playing in my front yard. I would never do business with Coldwell banker if this is the top down attention you can expect. They are only as good as the people they employ. Please do not put another dime in this man's / company's pocket.
