Let me tell you a little story about how I found Compass Realty. First, I am a 100%, service-connected disabled veteran, which constitutes a condition that will not get better over time, therefore, total and permanent. There are home-buying programs that enable veterans like me to qualify for no-money-down, fully backed federal loans sponsored by the VA. While online looking at the median prices of homes in an area my ex-wife and I raised our kids, I received an advertisement from a lender about a vet-sponsored, first time home buyer seminar in Annapolis, MD.
