The worst company I've ever dealt with. Continually lie and are intentionally misleading. Property was unlivable for weeks, and little to no effort was made on their end to repair anything. No one seems to know what is going on and they have without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their actions in my time that I spent on their property seemed almost criminal. I could not recommend this company any less.

ZERO stars if I could for this Company.They have not handed over monies due, not managed the properties as agreed and done nothing about squatters living in our property. Sherri, Keith and John are all to blame!! I have numerous emails confirming this poor review!Stay away!!!

Great customer service, but had me waiting on a place for weeks that BGE couldn't connect, and they knew it!! gave me the run around, But honestly they refunded my security deposit, then check bounced!!! Very nice, but shady.

Horrible horrible company , only worried about making money. Tried to sell me a house that needed a new well and roof, wont communicate with us, awful terrible company. Dont use them for anything! they will try to screw you anyway that they can!

Very very VERY unprofessional. The owner Mr. John is very rude and they exploit tenants. On two separate occasions, Blue Star put someone in TWO inhabitable houses. I would advise doing business somewhere else.
