Phil McPhail is the listing broker for my parent's house and we are so impressed with the way he listed the property. The property is 48 acres and he uses a drone to go throughout the property and show all the beautiful features on the land. The drone video is something that photographs cannot compare with. He also uses a 3-D model of the house that gives someone a very accurate feel for the inside of the house as well as the entire property. Phil and his wife Carmen work as a team. They both know the market so well, listen to the seller's concerns and are excellent communicators. We are so pleased to be working with Phil and Carmen and we have had a lot of interest in the property in a very short period of time.
