Horrible Customer Service! Do not expect these people to move with a purpose. If you in a time crunch , these people are not dependable. I could only imagine if I would've rented with these people!

Went through week of checking on a home paying a for the application fee and the day i was set to move in I was told my family size was too large. It was a waste of my time luckily i made sure i had a back up plan and my children and myself were able to get into a better home. I would not reccomend Ritche Real Estate to anyone.
