I had heard excellent things about her around town and she truly lived up to her reputation. I felt fully informed through my entire selling and buying process and she always made sure I stayed updated on where things stood. She was easy to work with and I never felt awkward viewing properties with her. Her friendly, out-going personality made it easy to keep conversation flowing and allowed me to feel comfortable telling her what I wanted. My experience is the reason I plan to use Rachel for all my future real estate needs.

Stephanie Youngblood was our real estate agent and it was our first time buying a house. We did some research on our own prior to contacting her and we found a house that we absolutely loved. However, since it was for sale by the owner, she lied and told us it wasn't for sale because she most likely wouldn't get commission from the sale. So, we believed her and asked her to find us some other homes. She kept showing us houses that were either out of our budget or were in our budget but we would end up spending a fortune to fix it. Finally, I found the phone number of the owner of the house we originally wanted and he told us the house was most definitely still for sale and we bought it shortly after without her. I was disappointed that Latter & Blum is such a big name, yet their real estate agents are liars and are only out to make money rather than being genuine helpful people.

Zero if I could. They acted negligently in our home purchase and violated their duty. The agent failed in a number of areas resulting in: breach of duty, duty of care, breach of contract, and criminal negligence. The problem with the 800lb gorilla is the 800lb arrogantly knows its the 800 lb gorilla. I'm taking applications from interested attorneys to sue for negligence and fraud (I have documented proof) Folks, take your business to the hungry agents, not the cocky brokers who think they're too big to fail and desperately want your hard-earned money. If deception, collusion and lies are what you need, this is your place. If you want to ensure your interests are trampled by greed, this is your office. If you want legal docs not honored by way of collusion and lies, this is your place. This all happened to us. Good luck.
