We were using Ryan while we were trying to purchase our forever home. He was the realtor who had listed the house we were wanting to buy. At first everything went well but during the whole buying process he was very distant. He told us to ask questions about the contract that we had to review by ourselves and in general it was vague. It definitely helped the sellers more than us and he was suppose to be representing our best interests too. I think he only cared about the sell and not everyone in the process. We were told things could be amended later which never happened and the appliances were not specific which stayed or left. In the end we were left with empty spaces in the kitchen. After the deal was done he did not return phone calls about questions and then accused me and my family about not “understanding the way things work”. Which I am not a realtor and it is his job to take care of us during this process. So after everything we went through I would never recommend him to anyone wanting to buy/sell a house.
