You must have seen that its rating is basically the best one, and it's founded on a very large number of feddbacks, so we may think that the evaluation is very faithful. If there are many people who bothered to evaluate when they are satisfied with the service, it works.

You know that we do not usually stop to write tatings when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...

You will not regret working with Olivia Reese! She is kind, funny, intelligent, patient, and understanding. She is so knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us every day!

Shelley is a rare combination of a heart of gold and the tenacity of a bulldog. She is rentless in her job and effort to help you in the process yet, she is genuine, compassionate and caring. Working with her is not a transaction, she travels with you on your journey. We met Shelley by happenstance. We just happen to stop in at a open house on our block. We saw the sign and decided to stop in. We weren't even in the market to buy as of yet, but had plans at some point. While at the open house we chatted with her and left with a very favorable impression of her, her demeanor and her overall character. When we were ready to start our search, we contacted her and she walked us through the general process. The purchase of our first home was with her and she made the process much more bearable. We had no idea what to expect and she answered all our questions as they came up, and then some. She made a tedious process bearable. Several years later, we were moving to another area and called Shelley to see if she was available. She jumped at the opportunity. The second home search was what I would consider completely out of the "normal" process. It seemed that every step of the buy went off the rails, not due to anything she or we did but out of circumstance. Her tenaciousness played out in spades. We can't the number of times she went out her way to work with contractors (those giving bids), the selling party, the bank, contractors for a 2nd or 3rd time. It was the most unconventional experience I and I believe she had gone through. Point being, she stayed on the ball and drove them and us to do the things needed to get it done. She is going to give you the best advice possible in order for you to make the best decision for yourself. She will bring in the best person/people for the situation. She will put you in the best position for success. At the end of the day, a by chance meeting, has turned into 3 transactions and more importantly, an unexpected friendship. We hope to never have to buy another home again (we're happy where we are and the truth is, buying/selling/moving is stressful and a pain) but, if ever we need to, she will always be our first call. If you are looking to buy or sell, don't look for an agent, give Shelley a call. She is a person that will bleed with and for you.

Cristin Walters is literally the best ever. Right now, I'm still in the process of buying my house and I'm buying it on the VA home loan. Literally a month after I got pre-approved the first time, I lost my job and I was out of work for 2 months. I had to start over at a new job and she never made me feel like a second-class citizen. She was right there the entire time keeping me informed and motivated. We immediately clicked and fantastic throughout the entire process.

Katie Brooks was excellent to work with. She had a great knowledge of our neighborhood when we sold our house and of the area we were looking to move to. She was always available to answer our questions at any time of day. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone!

My wife and I would like to thank Lisa Bunnell for doing a wonderful job with our purchase of our first home. She was incredibly professional and we felt like we had an advocate every step of the way.

We recently entered into a transaction as buyers, with Lisa Bunnell, of Reece & Nichols Leawood who was the listing agent on the property. We made an initial offer on one of her listings within the first day she had listed it, which was on a Friday. We instantly made a full price offer, and we were told by her, that we had to wait for the "re-location" company to sign off on things until Monday, but that the sellers could negotiate over the weekend. We did, and came to an agreement. Lisa sent our agent a text, stating, her sellers were in agreement and they were waiting on the relocation company to sign the papers. On Monday, we dropped everything signed the paper work, gave our earnest money, and thought we were just waiting on the formality of the "relocation company" to sign off, as after all, Lisa had verbally committed and given her word. The entire, time behind our backs, they were stalling on our offer, showing the home and accepting other offers. It came back to us, after four days of stalling and blaming the relocation company, (after verbally agreeing to our offer, and us "waiting" on the relocation company) that she and the sellers had accepted a more "attractive" offer. We were left with nothing, as we were still waiting on the signed documents that they claimed were waiting on from the relocation company. Unfortunately, we were raised to believe in the good of people, and trust in their word. Lisa is not one of those people. Lisa is unethical, has poor business practices, and is only in the business to make herself the most money. I am saddened we live in a world, where people like Lisa can make business transactions, and not be held accountable. My family means nothing to her, and we were just another transaction. However, I am a small business owner myself. And, when I give someone my word, it means something. Lisa and this agency have no morals, and make poor ethical business decisions. There are many great agents in the Kansas City metro. Don't waste your time, or efforts doing any sort of transaction with Lisa, you will be sorry.

careful when working with sarah Sweeney. she will work with the other agent against your best financial interests - esp in short sales.
