Chuck Davis is unprofessional and would not recommend working with him. We communicate for 3 days by text, never responding to my questions I asked on the 3rd day. He never asked me for my price range, how I would be paying, what I was looking for or my moving date or asked for a signed agreement. 10 days later, I called him and he agreed to show the house, still without asking me what I was looking, price range, funding for the house or moving date. The evening before the showing my representative was told both properties had fallen through (I do not live in the state and was having a friend look at the houses for me). I was very upset things did not work. To better handle the situation and earn a client this would have been the opportunity for him to mention that he needed a signed agreement and asked what he needed from me to make this a smoother process. Instead all he kept says was "I don't work for you ". This entire situation has left me very frustrated and unwilling to work with Keller Williams as a company if this is how they handle business with prospective clients.
