I recently had the opportunity to work with JEFFREY CARTER and was shocked in the way he responded to simple logic. JEFFREY CARTER threw, what only could be described as a fit when he did not hear what he wanted. I work in an industry that allows me to work with real estate agents and other professionals daily. In my 21 years of service I have never worked with anyone who behaved the way JEFFREY CARTER does. I am extremely unhappy with JEFFREY CARTER. And will tell everyone NOT TO USE KELLER WILLIAMS LEGACY PARTNERS INC., and if you decide to use them, do not let JEFFREY CARTER represent you.

I have been talking with Cristina Deo and the Deo team for a couple months now. She has been wonderful in answering all my questions. I was lost at first because I just moved here and am in an apartment now. One of my good friends was happy with their experience and referred me to Cristina. She sat down with me and did a buyers consultation and let me review the paperwork instead of rushing me. She has been very responsive in quick timing and has made sure that I am comfortable. She gave me a few lender names that have worked with her team in the past and I really enjoyed talking with prime lending. I reached out to Cristina while she was out of town and she made sure that I was acknowledged quickly and made me feel important.

My agents name was Cristina Deo. I babysat her as a child and while looking for a new home we decided that she would be perfect. NOT! From day 1 of trying to understand the whole real estate world, I had nothing but problems with her. While teaming up with her Aunt Leo Deo, they snubbed their way through my home telling me I would get very little for my house and made my partner and I feel bad. When we got approved for our loan, before I could tell her, she had already found out through lender because she called them. To me, this was a personal matter and to go behind my back was just rude. I had a hard time getting anything done with her, i asked to see photos of houses, she said i wasn't ready for houses since my partner and I didnt want two house payments??? We just wanted to look at houses. Mind you, SHE works for me. I sent her a couple houses that I wanted to go and see, and what does she do? She shows her other clients the houses instead and said we weren't ready yet. And they bought it.. I wanted out of this contract so bad and thank God the day before pictures were going to be taken , she pulled out a cancelation of contract on us and said we couldn't work together. Of course we cant because when I ask her to do something, shes either at the lake or forgets . The one time I did see a house from her she had forgotten I wanted a dishwasher in the kitchen and the house had no dishwasher. I am still waiting on copies of the cancelled contract so I can sign with my new agent that was in such disbelief of the way things should of been handled. If you want an agent that all thats 9n her mind is her future wedding and her lake house, then this ones perfect for you. Other wise I would definitely be looking somewhere else. Not a bad company just not a good realtor.

I'll warn you against ever using Keller Williams. Here's why: A few weeks a new house came on the market, I immediately contacted the listing agent via email about seeing it in the next few days, I was told she couldn't show it to me until next week. Strike 1, the correct answer was to find someone in her office to show the house if she couldn't - which I then asked about and was told there are some offers being written so we'll just have to wait until Sunday (this was Thurs) and see what happens, Strike 2. She never followed up on Sunday, Strike 3. If I were the seller of that house I would be very upset to know that my agent had an interested buyer and could not be bothered to show the house. I would think twice before using Keller Williams unless you don't mind buyers being ignored. Things are getting too easy for real estate agents and they are slacking off.
