Cortney is an Awesome person to deal with if you are looking for a Home. My husband is disabled, I was in another state most of the views, but I got a few days in KS to check houses and land. I didn't think I would ever find our perfect home but, Cortney showed me My Home and I fell in love with it and it was perfect for my husband also...Yay!! Such a relief to have her there to help us and even got us informed of who to help us make this beautiful home a handicap house! Even after 6 months, she is still available to talk to and ask questions.

My house went live on a Monday, I had a contract on Tuesday and closed in just a few weeks. Yes it is a seller's market but my house had issues and I wasn't very confident that it would sell quickly.
