We had a bad experience where John Adams lost us two leases in a single day that we had already signed for. He made us offers without confirming to the land lord that he could make the offers, and they were not labeled as drafts, so we believed we had the locations secured. After pulling the rug out from under us, our small business could only do half the revenue expected for the year. Other members of the Zachary Company have been very helpful to us, and we appreciate them.
