I began my search with a realtor from Anderson that I was very happy with, however she did not do the Indianapolis area, so recommended a co-worker, who did serve the area I was looking at. After speaking with this particular realtor over the phone, I felt very unimpressed. I had a friend, whom recommended another realtor. He seemed good, but was going out of town for a few months, so passed me onto his co-worker. This realtor explained that she only liked to show two, possibly three houses at a time. While viewing the houses, offered very little information to guide me. There was a house that I did not feel would stay available, if we did not act quickly. I called to see if she could show this particular house at the last minute. She could not, which is how I found Karen Neighly from Frontporch. The difference was night and day. She was always wiling to meet to show us a home. Her knowledge that she passed on was invaluable. She often pointed out things I would have missed. She was able to answer all of our questions. Such a professional!! I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.
