We met Linda when we had run across a VERY unique home that interested us and appealed to us. Linda was the listing realtor. In the end it lacked one critical component and we walked away from that but not before Linda showed us another nearby property. In that short meeting we found a very knowledgeable, candid and forthright person we clicked with. We found her to be very personable and down to earth and came to trust her implicitly. Over the course of a year Linda showed us a number of homes and came to understand what we were looking for and the requirements we had. When we found THE ONE she was there to support us we worked through a mortgage application nightmare and ultimately changing to a different strategy to close the deal on what we feel is an awesome investment in a unique home that fits all our requirements. She has a wealth of knowledge about the area and the market as well knowing who to call for all the things that come up during the course of making an offer and getting to the closing. We will never work with anyone else. We simply cannot say enough good about her and how much help she has been.
