We worked with Kim to sell our house recently. She was referred to us by our lawyer so she wasn't a "friend" realtor. (which makes this review more valid, IMO). Kim was just the right mix of personable and professional. She was all business when it came to negotiating on our behalf. She gave her opinion when asked, and allowed us to direct a lot of the process per our comfort level. I know that there are a lot of realtors out there, but if you want a true professional who's really on your side, call Kim.
