There should be more than 5 stars available for Judith. She helped my mother sell a rental property in Nampa. It was nice to find a hard working very knowledgeable realtor in the area to help her. (we are both out of state) Judith had an uncanny ability to predict and understand the market. She went above and beyond a realtors responsibility to get the home listed and sold. We received a number of offers in the first weekend. One was her buyer and it was actually the highest offer but there was also a cash offer that was just too good to resist. All the offers received were within a few thousand dollars of the listing price and a few of them were above the listing price. Not so high that we thought we left anything on the table. I would recommend Judith to anyone looking to buy or sell a home without any reservations. Thank you Judith.

Judit helped me buy a house! She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. The roof of the house I was buying had issues from the initial inspection. She recommended a 2nd more detailed inspection from a roofing contractor and he took one look and knew the shingles were from a bad batch that the manufacture sold the year my house was built. End result = Completely new roof covered under warranty at ZERO cost to me! If Judit had not suggested an additional inspection with a trusted roofer, I would have had to buy a new roof sometime in the near future. She is awesome!

Very informative, friendly and helpful. Willing to research houses and take us through various ones, even ones that seemed like we were out of our minds. Have great advice on what steps to take with our property we were selling to improve it's appeal and to be on trend. Fabulous staging was done to make our property look amazing! We received several offers and a lot of interest that we had never received when trying to sell the house before. Our interests were protected and negotiations made to meet our goals.
