Put in multiple fixing request including broken glass in an upper floor apartment window witch is still dangerously hanging above. Construction multiple early morning without ever a message from the management team telling us about the work being done.

Terrible experience. Cannot get a hold of them with any reasonable effort. Their entire system is automated and ineffective. Never thought it would be so hard to get someone to take my money. Every other real estate company I have ever dealt with has done all the leg work and attempted to earn your business at all cost, not them. They will not even bother to give you a call back. They only stay in business because this is a college town with a high turnover rate in apartments. ONE STAR CAUSE I CANNOT GIVE THEM ZERO!

My friends rent from this company and I've had the displeasure to sit in on a conversation they had with one of the property managers. She was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. Not to mention I've never heard of a company charging its tenants over $800 in repairs for a house that was left in the same basic condition as when they first rented it (on top of claiming the entirety of their $1300 deposit). That totaled $2100 in cleaning and repairs and the majority of the itemized bill they were provided was listed as cleaning services. They are consistently late with repairs and my friends had to live for a month with one key between three of them. If you rent from Team Idaho, I would recommend reading your lease THOROUGHLY. They will snag every penny from you that they can and make full use of every clause that gets them what they want at your expense. Up to and including delaying your move-in date without even a 24-hour notice.

After trying to get a hold of them over the phone and through email I I to get any meaningful progress. I finally travelled to Moscow and met with them in person about an apartment. They told me it was available. I was told I had to fill out the application before I could leave a deposit. I insisted on leaving the deposit and paying first months rent at the same time of applying to ensure the last unit would be reserved for me. I was told not to worry because they had no pending applications so I would I would get it "without a doubt." " Expect a call by Monday at the latest". No call. Tuesday I call them and I was told everything looks good on mine and my cosigners applications, including the $70 worth of fees, nonrefundable of course. I just needed to fill out the pet application saying I didn't have any pets. I Immediately did this and was then told they no longer had that unit available, but I had the "opportunity" to get a 2 bedroom apartment for a mere $400 more a month. Before you pay an application fee make sure you have them email you that upon approval if the application the specific unit # you are interested in will be yours. If not they agree to refund the money. This is a very important step in dealing with them. It's not a bad racket they have going. Get you to apply for $35, then force you into a more expensive unit. If you dont want to pay more, they at least made $35-$70 dollars in application fees. Another agency in town found me another unit, doesnt charge an application fee, answers your call on the first ring, emails you back same day, and was much more pleasant to work with.
