The areas most experienced team of commercial agents. Many agents in Eastern Idaho will do residential and try to do commercial. These guys specialize in commercial. Randy and his team are by far the best option for commercial real estate in the area. Just try calling other commercial specific agents and see when they get back to you . . . Many of them try doing commercial on the side. I want a full time specialist that answers the phone on commercial deals. The only one I've found is Randy and he is the best.
