Hands down, worst landlord experience I have ever encountered/ heard about in my life. The basement in two if her properties were molding. One had two feet of water in it all summer!! She would disregard almost every request in an unprofessional, and quite rude manner. Many tenants tried to reason with her, only upsetting her more and making it worse. She is not honest! If you rent from Sheila Smith, I can almost guarantee that you will regret it. She even told one of her tenants that she would purposefully not rent the place out to anyone until the bad review was taken off of Google, because they had left early, she was going to make them keep paying on their lease as long as she could. That sounds like a form of extortion / blackmail to me. So if you want an honest landlord, I would suggest going somewhere else.

I found Sheila by reading reviews for realtors located at Boise. She was very quick to reach back to me once I contacted her. I was living outside the state and wanted to sell my home in Idaho. I did not think I was going to be able to sell the house nor to make any profit from it because it was a home different to the typical houses, but it worked for my needs. Sheila visited the house, made recommendations on what to fix before putting it on the market, she staged the downstairs of the house, took beautiful pictures, and made a recommendation on the sale price that was just perfect as within two days of being on the market it got three offers. Sheila and her team provided support on all aspects like fixing items from the inspection, providing important updates, and reminding me of important deadlines. I am very pleased with Sheila and her team's work. They made what I though was going to be my worst nightmare into a pain free transaction. I would recommend her to anyone!

We really liked the web site. It provided in depth data to each listing many other sites did not provide. The mapping is a little weak, so we typically used another mapping service to get overhead views. Lacey spent a week driving us around the Boise/Meridian/Nampa area so we could familiar with the metro area. (we were from another state.) We looked at lots of houses, but at the time nothing fit. Lacey was very patient, with us, and was not pushy and did not pressure us to make a decision This was our 4th house to own and we had a pretty specific list of requirements. Finally we moved to the Boise area, and found a house within a week. We are very happy with this realtor and the service that was provided.
