I don’t know how many jobs I’ve worked for him on, where he personally will cover the payment of his subcontractors or other workers, just to get the things done so the homeowners are happy with their houses. When I bought my home from a family member, Russ helped me through the long process & with things I needed to do to fix up so the sale could go through, for insurance purposes & what not. He didn’t charge me a dime. You honestly won’t find a better realtor & It’d be hard to find a more honest & caring man. I wouldn’t go through anyone else. & I have realtors in my own family.

Even helping us find an apartment to stay in after our house sold. I highly recomend Russ if you are considering buying or selling your home. It's a stressful time, the last thing you should have to worry about is your realtor and you wont with Russ.

I love that each member has specific roles in which they excel - which gives our family the feeling of a “full court press.” Becca was always quick to make sure we felt we were in the loop, giving us the latest on the market, and how our goals were fairing. She was in constant contact with my wife and I, answering any questions I had. Russ was a master with the negotiations. He helped us get more than we asked for, for our house - and helped negotiate the specifics between offer and close. Both Becca and Russ jumped in to help with things that they never needed to do; Russ helped me replace a window, and Becca even helped paint our house after we bought it. And the crazy thing is, they made the process fun...and I kind of hate things like this. Honestly, I might look to buy a house again, just to hang out with these two. I reccomend them to any and all looking in the East Idaho Market.

He responds to voicemails & texts the same day, arranges in-person meetings with you to explain the process, & is diligent in ensuring that he has answered all your questions & concerns. Russ is open & honest about the condition of your home without being offensive. The first home was in good condition & did not require any work to make it more eye appealing. The second home had been vacated by a “renter” & was left absolutely destroyed! Russ was honest with us about the condition & what it would take to get it “presentable”. We did not have the time or money to do this....& if we had, we would have put more money into it than we would have made. Russ found a buyer who purchased the home “as-is” for what was owed. As hard as it is to not make a profit, we knew it was the right decision & that Russ was looking out for our best interests, not his.
