Our property had been for sale for 5 years with a handful of showings. I fired the realtor and hired Jeremy and had a showing within 24 hours. We received multiple offers over the next few weeks and our property closed a few months later without a hitch. My fiance and I worked with Todd Bradshaw. We flew in from Ohio to look for some land. Over the phone, Todd was very nice, and helpful. When we arrived to the area we met with Todd and he sat us down and showed us a bunch of options. He really took his time with his research and he really knew what he was talking about. Todd spent his entire day with us. We met at 1pm and he took us around looking at all different plots of land. We finally got done at 9pm. The next day Todd was kind enough to give me a call just to talk about all the different events going on that day and where we should get some food. He is not only a great realtor, but a good person. He really is the type of guy that isn't out for the next paycheck but actually cares if the buyer is happy. Could not reccomend him enough.
