I am pleased to write this testament to excellence in real estate service. I was introduced to Billy and Steve Satterfield of Re-Max of Pocatello, Idaho when my family and I decided to move back to our homeland of Pocatello. I am VERY appreciative of the business person who suggested I speak to Billy or Steve. My family and I have been away from our beloved Pocatello for over 50 years. During those years of corporate and personal moves, we conducted home purchase for 20 different homes and leased 4 condo or home units. These transactions were in locations from San Francisco to Long Island, New York and back to Los Angeles and finally back to Pocatello. The Satterfield family Re-Max firm was the most customer concerned, professional and friendly realtor we encountered in all these transactions. When you consider the number is doubled with sales, this feeling for them is meaningful. Since moving here and making our first home purchase with them, we have purchased two (2) additional properties. I can highly recommend them as a quality, customer focused and very family oriented company that you can TRUST. Simply, they went far beyond what any other broker has ever done for us. RH

Never Give An Inch

We had a terrible experience with re max Pocatello. Our agent didn't listen to any of our criteria and only showed us houses at the top of our budget. The three houses we liked we found ourselves. When we finally picked one it was bank owned and needed some work. So the bank set aside $1500.00 for work on the house before closing. The agent hired her friend to do some plumbing work. He hooked up a p trap in a sink and redid the bath drain pipe ( which we later had to redo because it wasn't put in right) and took the $1500.00. Then she referred a roofer to us that she knew. He took our deposit and didn't show up for almost 2 months. We later found out he was drinking on the job and throwing his cans behind our carport. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

We have been so incredibly pleased with the work Billy Satterfield has done for us. He has represented my husband and I for two properties in the past four months. He is incredibly knowledgable and very skilled with working with other agents/sellers. He has gone above and beyond to find us exactly what we're looking for and has addressed every concern/need we've had. He is also very patient in answering any and all questions we have and Steven Satterfield, his dad has even been willing to go out to look at our properties for us. They are one-of-a-kind and we highly recommend them to anyone out there.

Was referred to Kenneth Swisher out of Pocatello. Professional hardest working realtor i have met in the last few years and I have dealt with about 5 since we have moved here. I recommend him ..if he says he is going to do something he will. I found him to be honest and works hard to find the house you want. This is just our opinion. If you are looking for a good realtor try him out and give him a call and interview him for yourself.
