I am so ashamed of Realty ones “ Dave Dildine “ We rented faithfully for 18 months . Never been late on rent and he never had any problems with us. We moved out on February 18 and was told we would get the rest of February’s rent for 11 days which makes it over 500$ . Dave Dildine has decided to not give it back because “ he doesn’t feel like it” omg!!!! Please people, be careful!!!! This guy just ripped me and my kids off . He is a slum lord. He also use most of my deposit to repair things in his house that we had nothing to do with! Blew my mind, straight up scam artist! Never again will I go through Realty One!! And on my journey in life , I will be sure to let all and everyone I talk to know that Dave Dildine is a crooked old man!!!!!!
