David was able to negotiate multiple extensions for us while we waited for the condo sale to get resolved. He also kept us up to date every step of the way on his communications with the sellers and selling agent, while at the same time staying apprised of developments on our condo sale. David eventually helped us seal the deal, and while the kitchen in our new home had brand new appliances, we weren't crazy about the refrigerator. David called the store it came from and persisted in getting them to approve an exchange, even when they were not inclined to offer one. We love our new house and our new fridge, and we wouldn't have either if it weren't for David's persistence and persuasiveness. He is smart, knowledgeable, responsive, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

We needed to sell my wife's parents' home after they had to move for health reasons. There was an overwhelming list of things that could have been done to fix up the house, and David provided excellent guidance for what we should and shouldn't do (saving us loads of time and thousands of dollars). He recommended several contractors to help with the bigger tasks that also provided excellent results. Following his expert guidance in determining the proper listing price that balanced getting as much for medical expenses as we could with our need to sell the house quickly, we received a full-price cash offer the third day it was on the market! Left to our own devices, we would have spent thousands more on renovations and repairs (and weeks of work) that may not have given us a good return, and probably would have asked far less for the house. Bottom line: spent less (on the right things), and sold for more!

Zackery Mcallister found me a beautiful home in Boise when I was moving here from Oregon. THE PROBLEM IS that there is land behind it with gorgeous views. I fell in love with the serenity as I indicated to Zack that I needed a quiet place, since I work from home. I ASKED ZACK TO CHECK ON THE LAND BEHIND THE HOUSE. I wanted to make sure nothing was going to be built on it. He told me it was Bureau of Land Management land and would not be built on. I have this in emails. I asked him to make sure. I bought the house in July 2016. In November of 2016 I learned that the land behind my house is the CBH SYRINGA VALLEY: 2000 homes, schools, shopping centers, roads, etc. Slated to start building 2017. Needless to say I was devastated. Zack had NOT researched it as I had asked him, or had deceived me. I have now sold my dream home and I am moving on. What a waste of my time, energy, money. I was told by a real estate attorney that I have a lawsuit since I have numerous emails back and forth. But, instead I am posting this to warn people and moving on from this tragedy.
