April was awesome the entire way! We were out of town buyers, looking at properties nearly two hours from her office and she was always there for us in many difficult situations. April did research on various questions we had about building on an empty lot and then switched gears with us when we decided to find “the perfect” existing home. You cannot imagine the number of challenges that we faced when bidding for property after property and April supported us, literally going above and beyond on many occasions. April Markowski went above and beyond what any realtor that we know of would have done to sell our home in the Spokane Valley. Her attention to detail, professionalism, competency, as well as the results were unmatched in our 65+ years of experience. She sold our home on a cash basis but the transaction failed at the 11th hour for no reason other than the buyers changed their minds. Cannot look at properties online unless you register with their website. I registered, never received the necessary code to complete the registration so I can go no further. How frustrating!! Will look elsewhere. It's really a waste of everyone's time to force registration. If I found a property I was interested in I'd have called and given that info freely. If I found nothing, then no need for my info to go out. At this point I can't even look so you've lost a customer.
