Please Read: I've been working with Morgan regarding the sale of my rental condo there in Idaho Falls. Right off the bat I noticed that his assistant really didn't understand the difference between the sale of a rental property and a regular home. Pretty soon it seemed that she was working for the seller instead of me. I was pretty consistently interrupted in my conversations regarding my concerns. It all went south and Morgan had to rescue the mess. I gave the agency 4 stars because he did rescue the deal. If he hadn't, I would have given one star, pulled out of the deal and started over with another real estate agency. In my opinion, Idaho is a pretty backward place anyways, this seemed to fit the status quo of my ten years experience living there. I will give this advice: KW needs to come up to speed with the rest of the United States in terms of knowledge, customer service, and loyalty. This isn't the 1950's, people will rob you blind in a real estate deal when the buyer is out of state. You did save it, but it was expensive for you. Please learn from the mistakes.

Keller Williams is a fantastic place to work and meet honest and hard working people who have a passion for helping. Helping other agents, buyers, sellers and their community in so many ways. I am glad to be a part of this wonderful group!

The realtor we had been using put an offer on a house when we weren't ready yet, and it just turned our whole life into a huge mess for about 2 months, which we didnt end up getting the house. There is only 1 realtor now that i would be willing to buy a house from that works for keller willaims, but even then i dont like the way they treat their customers and i dont think we will be buying a house from them in the future.

I love, love working for a company like Keller Williams Realty East Idaho. We relish in the accomplishments of our fellow agents as well as that of our clients!!! Keller Williams has a strong focus on training, something I consider a Win/Win for realtors and clients, and also making a positive impact to the community it serves!!!

If you are looking for an agent to either help you sell or buy your house then look no further than Nikki Marcovitz. My family and I recently moved from out of state to Idaho and bought our first house. Nikki helped us with every part of the process and went above and beyond. Before we came out here she called us to check in every couple of months while we were out of state. She took what is a naturally and extremely stressful process and made it a breeze. My husband and I highly recommend Nikki to anyone and everyone either looking to buy or sell a home.

Reed Raymond was excellent. I live in Boise and had to sell my house from the oposite side of the state. He did everything I couldn't and got me closed and paid. He did great.

This review is not to bash on Ryan Hansen or The 5 Doors Team but to save someone from having an experience like ours. I’m going to try and keep it as short as possible but keep important details. In November of 2018, we decided to sell our house. We listed it on Zillow for sell by owner and with that we received numerous calls from realtors who wanted to represent us. At the time we did not want a realtor but later received a call from a gentleman that showed interest in purchasing our house. This gentleman ended up being an employee/coworker of Ryan’s who had convinced us to speak with Ryan. We thought this would be a phone conversation but ended up being an in-home appointment. We discussed our goals with selling and purchasing a home with Ryan and through that conversation decided to use him as our realtor. After signing the consulting agreement, we notified our neighbors. One of them was interested in purchasing our home as an investment property but did not want realtors involved. Ryan was understanding of this and agreed to process the paperwork for this transaction for $500. Long story short they were not able to get funding. Before signing the consulting agreement with Ryan, we had a couple that extended an offer that we were not able to accept. Ryan reached out to their realtor to start a negotiation process and with that we were able to get in contract. It took several, counter offers to get to this point in which Ryan failed to disclose several important factors that were in the offer. Such as, they buyers wanted our washer, dryer, deep freezer, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and horse shelter. We understood and agreed that some of these items are a given, but we were not willing to sell our washer, dryer and deep freezer with the home. Luckily, I had read through the inter document prior to signing instead of trusting that Ryan was disclosing all information. The contact was active Dec 15th and was schedule to close Feb 8th. With being in contract to sell our home, we extended an offer on purchasing a home with it being contingent on our house selling. Things seemed to be going smoothly until the appraisal came back nearly $50K less then agreed selling price. Both realtors and the mortgage company felt the property was well under valued on the appraisal and prepared documents to submit to the VA for re-evaluations. After submitting comparisons to the VA to help them re-evaluation the property value the government was shutdown. We still had a month until we were scheduled to close and were told by the VA that it could take up to 4 weeks to get a response. Knowing there was a chance we were not going to close on time we asked Ryan to notify the builders of the house we wanted to purchase so they were aware of the situation. Ryan suggested to not tell them and that there is a chance we could still close by the 8th. As time went on, we knew we were not going to close on time. See next post from Taylor Hope for continued review.

My husband and I recently purchased a home with the help of Lisa Trainor. She was great to work with through the entire process and was always available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend working with her!

Not very helpful when a person just wants to find out the price of a listing within their own agency. They seem more concerned about getting info from interested people then give out basic information like how much a property cost.

I chose Keller Williams Realty! Or, maybe they chose me! When I was checking out the best company's for the best Agents I was drawn to this company and I was right. I realized quickly that the culture of this company matched who I am. KW has raised the bar on real estate. There is so much to offer each and every associate whether you are new to real estate or a seasoned pro, KW has a plan and model that will work for you! Our customers and clients benefit from working with the best agents!

I recently contact Franzisco Barreto about a home that has been on the market for almost a year. He was abrasive, rude, and patronizing. I asked if the owners would consider alternative financing options, to which he replied, they would, but they required a 62%-77% down payment. Frankly, anyone who has $50,000 in cash would not be looking into these kinds of property. The owner of the property has been stuck maintaining and paying on the property for almost a year and Mr. Barreto refuses to pass along offers on the property that don't fit his abstract idea of the absolute needs of his client. Mr. Barreto does not act with respect for the seller or the buyer.

Ryan Webster is who assisted us through our home buying experience. He was awesome! We had a couple strange things happen with the house we bought and he was always there to provide input or just listen to me vent. It didn't take long to find our home cause he was quick to learn what we liked. Very knowledgeable about different things lenders may be concerned about come the appraisal. All in all with Ryan in our corner we had a good experience.

Kim Rose is phenomenal! She helped our family with our sale and our purchase and I have been blown away with how much she knows about real estate and how much she cares about our family. She is always ready with a plan of action, an encouraging word and a helping hand. She made sure that absolutely every detail was taken care of with both contracts. We’ve sold and purchased on our own before, but we’ll never do that again now that we know the difference a fantastic realtor makes! Thank you, Kim!!!

Goes the extra mile! I worked with Morgan Peterson, he helped my sell my fathers home in Idaho and coordinated with another realtor in Utah to purchase a condo for him there. I had virtually No Work do. Answered all my questions and was very professional.

See post from Tyler Workman for start of review. Seven Days before we were scheduled to close on our sell and purchase Ryan decided it was time to notify the builders of the home, we wanted to purchase that we were not going to be able to close on time. The builders had informed Ryan that we were obligated to purchase their home and if we were not able to follow thought with our contract that they would pursue us legally for lost profits, interest etc. Ryan debated with them that the contract is contingent on our house selling. Turns out that all contingencies were void through the addendums that the builder had sent us. Ryan admitted to us that he had not read the documents and had advised us to just sign them. Ryan tried to terminate the contract but in return we received a letter from the builder stating they choose to take legal action against us. We put our house back on the market and were able to accept a new offer to sell within a week. Luckily, this couple already had approved financing, cash down and wanted to close soon. Once we knew this deal was going to work, we reached out to the builders to make an addendum to our original contract. The builder’s agent was unable to talk at the time, so Ryan reached out the builders directly. The builders had told Ryan that they didn’t want to sell the house through him because of some comments and text messages he had sent to their agent. Ryan said to the builder, so you’re not going to sell this house to my clients because of something I’ve done? Long story short… we were able to purchase the house, but the price was increased $1,563 and we had to pay $500 to extend our rate lock. This was the most stressful time of our lives and we feel the need to share our experience to hopefully save someone from having to go through something similar. Our recommendation is to research your realtor and shop around for a realtor. Your personalities need to mesh, and you need to be able to trust that your realtor has your best interest at heart. Also, find someone who is willing to educate you on the process, so you know what to expect every step of the way.

Learning and being great at what I do are both very important to me. When I became an agent I chose to have my license with Keller Williams because of all of the training and education that have helped me grow as an individual and an agent. Before I was an agent, I was a client of Keller Williams and had bought my home through KW agents. I found them to be professional and knowledgeable. As an agent I have seen many of the agents that I work with donate time and money to those in need in our community as well as running their businesses. I am so happy with my choice to work for the best real estate company, Keller Williams Realty East Idaho.
