This company is a big joke. Had a realtor by the name of Amanda Todd and she was just horrible. she wanted me to look at house's i didn't want to look at. had no idea what she was even doing and she called all day trying to get us to look at house's. bad place to go

If I could give this zero stars I would. I listed through a person giving a Homes for Heroes discount. That was my first mistake. I could never reach him; only his assistant. I lost a bundle on my home as the only thing that mattered was getting it "under contract." I wanted to pick, as a seller, my own title company. I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT.The BUYERS picked , American First Title. I found out the escrow person was related to a person near us whose dog pooped on our grass all the time and were disgruntled people. On the day escrow was to close, this real estate agent, told me he would be at the home. When he did not come, I called him. He stated "they buyers don't want me there!" OH, REALLY? I PAID YOU BECAUSE you knew I wanted you there at closing due to a messy escrow!!!!" Wormed his way out of that! Bet he knew that American First Title told me to drop my keys off and I left my son and our dogs at the house while I did. Only thing this witch who did our escrow did not tell me was that the buyers would sneak over to my home, not GO TO the escrow company TO PICK UP THE KEYS I LEFT AT THE ESCROW COMPANY and THEY WOULD BRING THE POLICE TO OUR HOME. THE NEW OWNERS told the police we were not out and escrow closed! THE POLICE BANGED ON OUR WINDOWS AND MY SON HAD A SEIZURE! MY son was very frightened and called me. I drove to the house like a mad person, as I was a distance DROPPING THE KEYS OFF AT ESCROW and the police screamed at me to GET OUT! 3 POLICE WERE THERE! I tried to explain, as a disabled, senior that escrow TOLD ME TO DROP THE KEYS OFF AT ESCROW. THEY DID NOT WANT TO LISTEN. I QUICKLY GOT MY SON AND OUR DOGS. BECAUSE OF THEIR SCREAMING AT ME, I LEFT VALUE ITEMS IN OUR HOME! THE POLICE WOMAN SCREAMED AT ME "AND DON'T COME BACK!!!" I could not believe how unprofessional they were and what BULLIES! MY POOR SON HAD A SEIZURE AND COULD HAVE DIED BECAUSE OF THIS!!! THEY WERE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER. I hope this real estate agent has the same thing COME BACK to him and his family!!!! NOT ONLY DID I PAY FOR ROTTEN SERVICE, I WAS SCREWED ON THE SALE OF MY HOME! THEY KNEW I WAS MOVING OUT OF STATE AND DID NOT GIVE A RATS. WHEN SHE SAID "DON'T COME BACK." WHAT MADE HER THINK I WOULD WANT TO COME BACK TO A DESPICABLE PLACE THAT TREATED TAX PAYING CITIZENS LIKE A PIECE OF GARBAGE? iT TOOK ME 2 YEARS TO WRITE THIS AS NO HUMAN SHOULD HAVE HAD TO ENDURE THIS!!! THEY SHOULD BE SUED AS I HAD TO DRIVE MYSELF TO THE HOSPITAL AFTER THIS NIGHTMARE, SHAKING AND THINKING MY SON COULD HAVE DIED. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN SELLING A HOME. TRULY, THERE IS A PLACE IN HELL FOR YOU.

I reached out to a realtor by the name of Jason Pennington about a rental last week. I was very persistent and once I finally received the proper documentation to fill out I did so and returned within the hour. Hours upon hours go by without responses. “I’m in a golf tournament” was one of the few responses we did get. After two days I asked about our app and he said he’d look at it (the Fourth of July was that day) understandably! Again we waited and waited. I happen to drive by the house again and found there were several cars out front of it. So I reached out yet again. This time, a very fast response stating it’s been rented!! Why he had me jump through loops to get paperwork to him just to waste a week of time My family and I don’t have has me mesmerized! I will never use, nor will I ever recommend such a snake of a rep. Sad that he represents such a big company, but won’t likely use them either!

I went to a open house at 2610 SE 5th way meridian with a friend of mine since we were both looking to buy. We had a realtor named Amanda Todd that was just so horrible. All she could talk about was how she needed to sell her first home. Couldn't answer any of our questions. After leaving she called asked me shorty after asking me if I would like to buy the house. I said no and said thanks. After that day she been calling me to go to open houses and trying to get me to buy from this agency. I called the company and told them to please have her stop calling me and all they could say was she was doing her job. Harassing people is not part of your job! This company is horrible for hiring people like Amanda Todd. Wouldn't recommend this company

Did not have a good experience with an agent that works for this company her name is Becky Schiebout she called at 1 p.m. wanting to show the house @ 1:30 1/2hr notice that I am currently renting that is for sale I was on a lunch break & could not respond right away & within 15 minutes of her call she was on my property with a potential buyer asking/demanding when she could see it. When I told her she could not see it until the following evening she then proceeded in calling my landlords realtor to complain& try and spin the story which I saved her text as witness to her unprofessionalism so I do not recommend this realtor at all she was rude overpowering pushy demanding abrasive definitely not professional

I had the best real estate experience ever. Van from Go Porch was amazing. Always returned calls if he didn't answer right away (which was hardly ever). He totally looked out for us during the process and has even been there for us when I had questions about property taxes. I worked with Sarah Lett, his #2, and she was extremely responsive and sent me everything I needed to process my paperwork for an upcoming hearing. They'll be for you in the search, at closing and even years later. I can recommend Keller William's Go Porch branch enough!!

I was recommended to this company from a family friend. I talked to a realtor by the name of Amanda Todd on a Friday and we had agreed to talk over the weekend about a house that I was looking into and I told her I would call her on Sunday to follow up with her. On this Sunday I called her and she did not answer so I left her a voicemail with my name and I asked her to call me back by the end of the day I had heard nothing back from her so I sent her a text and let her know that I had called her. Later in the evening on this Sunday she replied back accusing me of being somebody who I was not. When I replied back and told her I do not want know what you are talkin about you have me confused she continue to assault Me by accusing me to be somebody else. I then decided to call her so I could talk to her on the phone because I was a little confused on what was going on and she chose not to answer the phone and then text me again accusing me to be somebody who I was not. What was more disturbing besides her accusing me of being a liar is that she took it upon herself to harass me until 1 in the morning by blowing up my phone with text messages. By 1 in the morning I had replied back and told her who I was and to stop texting me. the following day she sent me a text around 9:30 in the morning and told me if you are really who you say you are you could call me in the back and I will explain. I filed a complaint with a company and I do not recommend her or this company to anybody unless you were wanting to be harassed in the middle of the night

Not very professional to say the least. We had our own realtor for the recent purchase of our house, who was fantastic. The sellers realtor by the name of Kristin Sherman gives this company a bad name. She was slow in communicating and on the very day of the closing, she didn’t know if the sellers had actually moved out. She communicated to our realtor that she thought they might have, according to what she saw on social media. That is truly unacceptable.
